All board members and committee chairs are expected to actively support PTSO events and initiatives. Leadership roles require visible participation and teamwork.

At minimum:

  • Attend and assist at at least one Pride Day assembly during the school year (leaders may choose the date that works best for their schedule).

  • Work a shift at Peter Piper Night and assist through the conclusion of the event as needed, including helping with end-of-event money counting (at least two leaders are required for this).

  • Work a shift at Meet the Teacher Night, providing active support beyond initial setup.

  • Participate collaboratively and communicate proactively if conflicts arise.

Leadership is a team commitment. Our success depends on everyone contributing their time and effort to support our school community.
